What is a backorder?

When will the backordered item(s) ship?
Backorders will automatically ship when stock is replenished. We will charge your credit card once your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
TCEdge offers a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please contact customer service at (201) 330-3200 or info@thecollectorsedge.com to schedule the return / exchange. All returns must have an RMA #. Orders without RMA #'s may be charged a 15% processing fee. We will credit the customer upon receiving the item(s).

When will my credit appear on my credit card for a returned item?
TCEdge will issue a credit within 2 business days, after our warehouse receives the item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
TCEdge will process credit card charges the day the order is shipped.
International Orders
Do you accept international orders?
No. TCEdge only ships to the United States and US Territories.

On average processing time is 2 business days, not including holidays.

On average shipping time is 3-7 business days, not including holidays.
UPS 3-Day Select is also available for an additional $5.99 (available only for orders shipped to US lower 48 states and no P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO’s or US Territories.)
What are your shipping methods?
TCEdge ships all packages via UPS unless otherwise requested to the 48 continental US states.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO’s and US Territories, we will ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) and there will be an additional surcharge of $10.00.
